When is my rent due?
Your rent is due on the 1st day of every month.

Do I need to sign a long term lease?
No long-term lease necessary! At Olympic Storage, we offer month-to-month rentals.

Do I need insurance to rent a self-storage unit?
Insurance is required, but if you don’t have a policy of your own, we can provide one.

What kind of access does Olympic have to my storage unit?
None – your property is safely secured at Olympic Storage. If you have trouble getting into your unit, we have secure ways to get you access.

Can I make changes to my lease after I move in?
No. You will need to finish out your month’s lease before making any changes to your Olympic Storage lease terms.

When can I access my storage unit?
You have secure access to your unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Will there be an Olympic employee onsite?
During office hours, one of our employees will be available to help you with anything you need.

What documentation do I need to rent a self-storage unit?
Renting a storage unit with us simply requires a valid driver’s license.
